Genos International is an organisation specialised in emotional intelligence. Measuring 'how you show up' as your demonstrated emotional intelligence.
Emotional Intelligence is about making intelligent responses to negative feelings, and using specific skills to generate positive emotions in self and others through being present, empathetic, genuine, resilient and empowering in our behaviour as often as possible.
I have been a Certified Genos Practioner since 2022. And I have used the Genos EI models to help leaders transform the way they connect, communicate and collaborate with each other and their teams.

Insight Discovery is a psychometric tool designed to enhance self-awareness by identifying an individual’s personality preferences and behavioural traits. Based on the principles of Carl Jung’s psychological types, it uses a simple colour-coded system to provide clear and accessible insights into how people perceive the world and interact with others.
This tool is particularly relevant for organisations, teams, and individuals seeking to foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and build stronger interpersonal relationships in both professional and personal contexts.

I have been a Licensed Insights Discovery Practitioner since 2024. Primarily I use Insights Discovery in team collaboration efforts or relating to individual leadership development. It is a powerful tool to identify areas of focus when seeking to:

- Build effective relationships with your colleagues, peers, and team members
- Achieve greater levels of self-awareness and ability to understand others
