Why get a coach?

Getting started is easy ...

You simply need to take the first step and book a 30 minute Connection Session. The session is free and there are no obligations.

During our connection session we will talk about why you are seeking coaching and you will get a chance to feel whether there is a connection with me as your potential coach.

You will receive more information about coaching options and get to ask all the questions you may have. 

Note: Coaching is offered in English and in Danish and conducted virtually within EMEA time zones.

Leadership coaching options

I primarily coach leaders, however feel free to reach out if you are in a pivotal time of career transition or challenge and we can discuss if I am the right coach for you. If not, I can help guide you to another coach.

Coaching needs are different and so is the time you may be able to invest in it.

Connection session

• 1 x 30 minute free connection session, to get acquainted and cover your questions.
• There is no obligation to continue with coaching after this, it is completely up to you!

Single or ad hoc coaching sessions

• 1 x 60 minute coaching session, investment DKK 1100 / EUR 147.
• 1 x 90 minute coaching session,  investment DKK 1550 / EUR 207.

Coaching programme

• 6 x 60 minute sessions, conducted over a period of 3-8 months depending on your preference.
• Includes session notes and in-between-session reflection questions.
• Investment DKK 5940 / EUR 792.
• 6 x 90 minute sessions, conducted over a period of 3-8 months depending on your preference.
• Includes session notes, in-between-session reflection questions and relevant resource suggestions.
• Investment DKK 8370 / EUR 1116.

Coaching is offered in English and in Danish and conducted virtually within EMEA time zones.

My training to become your coach

My interest in coaching began in 2007 when I worked as a student guidance counsellor at CBS. I completed the mandatory training for student guidance counsellors at Danish Universities and while it was counselling and not coaching, it involved many of the same aspects of coaching and the models and techniques applied. Later, I did further training within coaching and mentoring through my work as consultant and trainer. Coaching has since been a natural part of my career within people and organisational development. And in 2023 I decided I wanted to complete a full professional accreditation as a leadership coach.

I trained with In Good Company, completing their ILM Level 7 Diploma For Executive and Senior Level Coaches and Mentors in 2024. This ICF-, EMCC-, and ILM-accredited programme includes 60 hours of live instruction, 72 hours of client coaching, and 8 hours of supervision. I am on track to complete full accreditation in 2025 upon completing the final assignment.
