Creative confidence and efficacy are key drivers for innovation, transformation and business growth. Yet most people don’t believe they are creative.
Together University of Sheffield and Creative ID™ are conducting research to understand why people don’t believe they’re creative, what blocks them from accessing this form of human intelligence, and importantly; how we can unlock their untapped potential to maximise organisational impact.
Gritty Minds will humbly be contributing to this research by offering 5 X half-day workshops with participating companies.

What does participation involve and what will you learn ?

You can sign up a team or mixed group of 8-20 participants. No prior knowledge of or experience in creativity or innovation is required. Good working English literacy – the questionnaire is in English; the workshop can be conducted in both English and Danish.
Every participant commits to participate in the ‘before and after’ research study with an interactive learning experience in between.
- 2 x 15 minute online questionnaires – completed 1 week before and 1 week after the workshop
- 1 x half-day (3-4 hours) immersive workshop – ideally face-to-face, but can be online for virtual teams
During the workshop participants will broaden their understanding of what creativity is, how their own shows up and the value they bring to creative processes. They will receive individual Creative ID profiles and gain a shared language about creativity.
To help support the research with expenses and materials, we ask for a nominal contribution per team that participates in the study.
Creative Creatures is an organisation founded by Hanne Kristiansen, working in collaboration with Sheffield University, and based on the idea that all of us are inherently creative and contribute to the innovative power of organisations.

Creative ID helps you understand how (rather than if) you are creative. The tool is an impactful way to unleash the often overlooked creative powers of individuals, teams and their leaders. It does this by pinpointing a person’s inherent preferences across five unique yet complementary creative styles: Stimulating, Spotting, Sculpting, Selecting and Supporting.


I have been Certified in Creative ID since 2023. I was incredibly privileged to be part of the pilot cohort of this certification.
Helping individuals and teams understand how their creative styles can help them, their team, and other groups, collaborate and innovate, is both fun and inspirational.

The Creative ID includes 5 creative styles, of which we all lean towards one or a combination. This tells us how we are each creative in our own way. The workshop is designed to augment the innovative power of the team through unlocking your creativity.
Used in conjunction with teamwork programmes, Creative ID helps with a fresh take collaboration and processes within your team.
Process:
- We will book a time for your team session (half or full day)
- Your team members will receive a profile link by email.
- Completion of the profile takes only 10 min.
- I will review your profiles and prepare for the team session facilitation.
- We run the team session as either a half or full day session. Reports are shared in connection with the session.

DKK 16.500 (half day) or 24.200 (full day)* /
EUR 2200 (half day) or 3227 (full day)*
*2026 prices are excl. VAT and Creative ID reports (DKK 1.485 / EUR 198 per participant report).

The Creative ID includes 5 creative styles, of which we all lean towards one or a combination. This tells us how we are each creative in our own way. The workshop is designed to augment the innovative power of the team through unlocking your creativity.
Used in conjunction with teamwork programmes, Creative ID helps with a fresh take collaboration and processes within your team.
Process:
- We will set up a time to go through the challenges and opportunities seen for the team, what you need and how creativity fits into this picture.
- Once aligned on approach, we will book a time for your team session or series of sessions.
- Optional: Using individual profiles is optional, but recommended. If included your team members will receive a profile link by email.
- Optional: Completion of the profile takes only 10 min.
- I will review your profiles and prepare facilitation for the team session(s).
- We run the team session(s) as either a half or full day session, online or in-person. Reports are shared in connection with the session.
Price:
The price will depend on agreed focus and approach with client. However, a rough estimate would be the same as the half and full day prices seen to the left, plus any time needed for adapted design and preparation*.
