Your emotional intelligence

Used as part of a 1:1 coaching programme, doing a Genos Emotional Intelligence assessment can help you create a tailor-made development plan.

This process is all about asking yourself and those who work with you to assess your demonstrated emotional intelligence measured against a highly recognised EI model.

Options:

There are 3 main areas of focus and for each of those there are 3 types of reports depending on what you are looking to discover.

1. Emotional Intelligence Leadership Assessments - for frontline managers to CEOs
2. Emotional Intelligence Sales Assessments, for sales professionals and teams.
3. Emotional Intelligence Workplace Assessments - for individuals or teams in any role.

Process:

1. You will receive an assessment link by email.
2. If you have chosen a 180° or 360° assessment, you will select respondents through the portal (selection guidance provided).
3. Completion of the assessment takes 20 min. for you / respondents.
4. We review your report to prepare for your session.
5. We will book a convenient time for your online debriefing session. You will receive the full report in connection with the session.
6. During your 75 min. session we will focus on your strengths and areas for development.

Price:

• Self-assessment only: DKK 2.000 / EUR 360*.
• 180° assessment (self, colleagues and/or client feedback): DKK 2.700 / EUR 360*.
• 360° assessment (manager, peers and customers and/or direct reports feedback): DKK 3.200 / EUR 430* - RECOMMENDED IN CONNECTION WITH LEADERSHIP COACHING.

The EI assessment report is included in the price above.

Emotionally intelligent team/leadership

Focusing on emotional intelligence in teams and companies is fundamental to a healthy and collaborative environment. Whether in conjunction with a wider programme or a specific EI initiative, I highly encourage running an EI workshop in combination with individual assessments to embed behavioural efforts.

Process:

1. We will set up a time to go through the challenges and opportunities seen for the team, what you need and how EI connects.
2. Once aligned on approach, we will book a time for your team session.
3. Optional: Using individual assessments is optional, but recommended. If included your team members will receive a profile link by email.
4. Optional: Completion of the assessment takes 20 min. for you / respondents.
5. I will review your profiles and prepare facilitation for the team session.
6. We run the team session as either a half or full day session, online or in-person. (If included, reports are shared in connection with the session - unless individual debriefing sessions have also been included).
7. Optional: We will book a convenient time for individual online debriefing sessions, focusing on strengths and areas for development for each team member. Reports are shared in connection with the session.

Price:

DKK 15.000 (half day) or 25.000 (full day)* /

EUR 2000 (half day) or 3333 (full day)*.

Note:  It is highly recommended to include 360° EI Leadreship assessments and individual debriefing sessions when effort is included as part of a Leadership Development programme.

*Prices are excl. VAT and individual EI assessments and debriefing sessions (additional cost dependent on type of report (self assessment, 180° or 360°) and number of delegates).

Bespoke programme and integration

Emotional Intelligence is an important area of focus and deserves both investment and commitment in all organisations.

Often EI is embedded into larger efforts relating to change, transformation and leadership. And where either all or certain employee groups are the focus of the effort.

The design can include EI knowledge and awareness, scenario training and skill building.

Process:

1. We will set up a time to go through the challenges and opportunities seen for the team or company, what you need and how emotional intelligence will support this effort.
2. Once aligned on approach, we will book a time for your team session or series of sessions.
3. Optional: Using individual assessments is optional, but recommended. If included your team members will receive a link by email.
4. I will review your profiles and prepare facilitation for the session(s).
5. We run the team session(s) as either a half or full day session, online or in-person.

Price:

The price will depend on agreed focus and approach with client. However, a rough estimate would be the same as the half and full day prices seen to the left, plus any time needed for adapted design and preparation. Repeat programme sessions receive a discount from the 3rd session onwards.
