I have been a Certified Genos Practioner since 2022. And I have used the Genos EI models to help leaders transform the way they connect, communicate and collaborate with each other and their teams.

I have been a Licensed Insights Discovery Practitioner since 2024. Primarily I use Insights Discovery in team collaboration efforts or relating to individual leadership development. It is a powerful tool to identify areas of focus when seeking to:
- Better understand the impact your personal style has on those around you
- Build effective relationships with your colleagues, peers, and team members
- Achieve greater levels of self-awareness and ability to understand others
- Enhance your communication skills, herein improving ability to deal with conflicts
