Insights™ Discovery

Insights Discovery uses a simple and memorable four colour model to help individuals and teams transform performance and productivity using the power of awareness.

Insight Discovery is a psychometric tool designed to enhance self-awareness by identifying an individual’s personality preferences and behavioural traits. Based on the principles of Carl Jung’s psychological types, it uses a simple colour-coded system to provide clear and accessible insights into how people perceive the world and interact with others.


This tool is particularly relevant for organisations, teams, and individuals seeking to foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and build stronger interpersonal relationships in both professional and personal contexts.

I have been a Licensed Insights Discovery Practitioner since 2024. Primarily I use Insights Discovery in team collaboration efforts or relating to individual leadership development. It is a powerful tool to identify areas of focus when seeking to:


  • Better understand the impact your personal style has on those around you
  • Build effective relationships with your colleagues, peers, and team members
  • Achieve greater levels of self-awareness and ability to understand others
  • Enhance your communication skills, herein improving ability to deal with conflicts

Increase personal effectiveness

Used as part of a 1:1 coaching programme, Insights Discovery can help you create a personal development plan.


Process:

  1. You will receive a profile link by email.
  2. Completion of the profile takes 25 min.
  3. I review your profile to prepare for your session.
  4. We will book a convenient time for your online debriefing session. You will receive the full report in connection with the session.
  5. During your 75 min. session we will focus on your strengths and areas for development.


Price:

DKK 4.000 / EUR 533*

Improve team productivity

Used in conjunction with teamwork programmes, Insights Discovery tackles collaboration, communication and working relationships.


Process:

  1. We will book a time for your team session (half or full day)
  2. Your team members will receive a profile link by email.
  3. Completion of the profile takes 25 min.
  4. I review your profiles and prepare for the team session facilitation.
  5. We run the team session as either a half or full day session. Full reports and team wheel are shared in connection with the session.


Price:

DKK 15.000 (half day) or 20.000 (full day)* /

EUR 2000 (half day) or 2667 (full day)*

Team productivity with Sales specific lens

By looking at the effectiveness of your sales people at each stage of the sales cycle, we can create strategies to improve customer relationships and target effectiveness.


Process:

The process will be the same as for Team Productivity, but we will adjust the session to lean into the sales cycle and sales specific relationships.
